Newsletter February 22 2025

🧭Exciting news, Foundations Friends! Our journey together continues, and we’re setting our course toward a new meeting location starting Sunday, March 2, 2025!
Over the years, we’ve navigated different stops along the way—from the Library in June 2021 to Fellowship Room D in January 2022—and now, it’s time for another shift.
Why the move? The class before us has grown beyond 100+ in attendance, and to support their continued expansion, the church is opening Fellowship Rooms C & D for their use. But this isn’t the end of our journey—it’s a fresh path forward! Church leadership is actively charting the best location for our class, and will reveal our new destination before we gather again on Sunday, March 2nd. Let’s step forward in faith, trusting God’s direction for our next stop! Stay tuned for updates!✨
📢 Foundations Class – A New Sunday Classroom Setup Plan This Week!

Exciting changes are coming to Fellowship Center D, and we want YOU to be part of the smooth transition!
To accommodate both Life Bible Study classes using our space, our classroom will be transformed from theater seating to tables before we meet at 10:35.
 Here’s how it will work:
🔹 The Third-Quarter class will finish at 10:25, and its members will be asked to move to The Lawn for refreshments and fellowship while the transformation takes place.
🔹 The setup team will clear chairs and set up tables for our Foundations Class.
🔹 At 10:35, a designated leader will invite us in to begin class in our newly arranged classroom.
 How You Can Help:
✅ Plan to arrive early and enjoy fellowship on The Lawn before class begins.
✅ Be patient as the transformation happens—this will allow us to focus on learning, connection, and growing together in Christ. We appreciate your support in making this transition smooth and effective.

Join us as we uncover surprising insights, explore ancient and modern idolatry, and challenge ourselves to live with undivided devotion to God.

In the latest Truth Talk episode, co-hosts Butch Butcher and Richard Battle led a dynamic discussion on the relevance of the Ten Commandments in today’s world. They explored how biblical principles have shaped society, the historical warnings from leaders like John Adams, and the struggles of applying these commandments in modern life—from social media-driven coveting to the challenge of honoring the Sabbath in a fast-paced world. Listeners engaged with thought-provoking questions, while scripture, humor, and real-life insights made for a compelling conversation. The takeaway? God’s law isn’t just ancient history—it’s a guide for life today. This episode is available here:
