Worthy Above the Heavens:
Artemis II Returns Home
With a successful splashdown, the Artemis II mission has completed its historic journey. A remarkable achievement of courage and precision, Artemis II reminds us that even our greatest exploration points to a greater Creator. The moon they circled and the heavens they traveled declare His glory.

Pastor’s message April 5:
Easter 2026
Easter reveals a profound truth about God's mathematics: Empty Cross + Empty Tomb = Full Life.
While we often try to fill our hearts with temporary things like money, approval, or success, these are like broken cisterns that cannot hold water. Jesus emptied Himself on the cross, taking our punishment for sin, and rose from the dead to offer us abundant life.
The women who discovered the empty tomb learned that God knows exactly what we're looking for, even when we don't. Through Christ's sacrifice and resurrection, we can exchange our emptiness for His fullness, finding true satisfaction in the living water only He provides.
Beyond the Golden Handcuffs: Finding Rest in a Restless World
By Sam and Noel Gray
Do you have it all but enjoy nothing? In our next study on Ecclesiastes 6:1-12, Solomon confronts the "grievous evil" of a man blessed with wealth and honor, yet denied the power to taste the fruit of his labor. Instead, a stranger benefits from his lifetime of struggle. Solomon bluntly concludes that such a life—one that exists without internal soul-satisfaction—is a futile and tragic existence, worse even than the fate of a stillborn child.
What to Look For in This Lesson:
The distinction between having and enjoying:
Only God grants the power to fully participate in His gifts.
The limits of legacy:
A life spanning millennia is meaningless if it is devoid of spiritual substance.
The path to peace: True satisfaction is found when we stop chasing "wandering desires" and embrace contentment as a divine gift, which can only be fully realized in Jesus Christ.
Join us this Sunday, April 12, as we learn to trade the futility of chasing fleeting shadows for the security of an unshakeable Savior.
Shining Light on Main Street:
Our Return to Street Church!
It’s time to take our faith to the pavement. On Thursday, April 30 at 6:00 PM, our class is returning to serve with Montrose Street Reach at their brand-new location: 2107 Main Street, Houston, TX 77002.
We are coming together to provide a meal and a warm welcome for 150 neighbors before the evening service begins. This is a powerful opportunity to step out of the classroom and into the heart of our city.
How You Can Serve:
The Snacks: We need donations of Little Debbie Cakes and fresh Oranges.
The Time: Service begins at 6:00 PM.
The Impact: Help us provide physical and spiritual nourishment to those in need.
Let’s pack the new Main Street home with the love of Christ. See you there!

Walking Together Through Future Grace
This month we pause to review Section I from February and look ahead to Section II: Free and Future Grace for March. Together we are learning that grace is not only God’s gift for the past, but His strength for the days still ahead.
March’s reading points us toward deeper dependence on the Lord, reminding us that His grace is sufficient for weary hearts, humble faith, and every step yet to come.
