Spring 2025 Focus Implementing a Class wide Evangelism Initiative Through Personal Invitations. (see sample script below to include key points for the purpose of inviting someone The Lord places along your path).
Action Steps: Prayerfully assume we are all “Greeters”— class members commit to noticing and engaging guests each week. Challenge ourselves to personally invite at least one new person this Spring Season. Follow up—Ensure guests receive a warm follow-up message (text/call/note) after attending. Encourage ourselves to sit with a new or unchurched person during worship services.
How This Glorifies God:
It fulfills the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20)
and creates an environment of hospitality and love, reflecting Christ’s call to welcome others.
Romans 15:7 Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you,
for the glory of God.
