Restored and Renewed: The Shepherd’s Touch — Psalm 23:3 with Rand Wall
This past Sunday, Rand Wall led the Foundations Class through a rich and heartfelt study of Psalm 23:3 — “He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”
With warmth and insight, Rand helped us see how our Good Shepherd lovingly rescues and renews His people when we’ve fallen flat—much like a “cast sheep” unable to rise on its own.
Drawing from A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23 and personal stories of faith and restoration, Rand reminded us that God’s discipline is not punishment but a loving correction that leads us toward righteousness and peace.
The lesson concluded beautifully with the class singing “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing,” reflecting on God’s faithful work of restoration in every season of life.

Fear No Evil:
Walking Through the Valley with the Shepherd — Psalm 23:4
This Sunday, Sam and Noel Gray will guide the Foundations Class through one of the most powerful verses in all of Scripture — Psalm 23:4: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
Sam and Noel will unpack what it truly means to walk through the valleys of life with unwavering faith, drawing strength from the Shepherd’s presence. Through vivid storytelling, biblical insight, and heartfelt reflection, they’ll remind us that God’s comfort is not distant — it walks beside us, even in life’s darkest places.
Don’t miss this encouraging and hope-filled lesson as we discover how the Shepherd’s rod and staff bring guidance, correction, and peace when the shadows fall.
Join us this Sunday at 10:45 AM in the Choir Rehearsal Hall — come ready to be strengthened for your journey.
